Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Mnemova paid subscriptions. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly through our website. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies apply — please contact Apple or Google directly.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Web (mnemova.com)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- Go to Account → Subscription
- Click Cancel subscription
- Follow the confirmation steps
Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free tier — your data and decks are not deleted.
Mobile App (iOS / Android)
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through those platforms:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mnemova
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Mnemova
EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
By starting your paid subscription and accessing paid features immediately, you expressly request that we begin performing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, or — for ongoing subscriptions — once access to paid features has begun.
If you have not yet accessed any paid features, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at muhtello@gmail.com with the subject line "Withdrawal — Mnemova Subscription".
Refund Eligibility
Within 14 days of first purchase
If you have not accessed paid features and request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, or once paid features have been accessed, we generally do not issue refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the remaining days in the current period.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
- A billing error charged your account incorrectly
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
- Required by applicable consumer protection law
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Outside of the 14-day withdrawal period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access until the end of the annual period.
App Store & Google Play Purchases
Mnemova does not process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective platform directly:

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible period:
- Email: muhtello@gmail.com
- Subject line: Refund Request — Mnemova
- Include: your account email, subscription start date, and reason for the request
We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
